When do I need to purchase an extended warranty?

You can purchase GTEK Care or Care+ any time within 1 months of your original product purchase date, as long as the device is registered.

What does accidental damage cover?

GTEK Care+ covers one accidental damage incident during the active Care+ coverage period, including eligible screen impact or liquid spill damage.

Is the plan transferable if I sell my Smart Board?

No. GTEK Care and Care+ are registered to the original purchaser and are not transferable if the Smart Board is sold, gifted, or otherwise transferred to a new owner.

How do I file a claim?

Open a ticket from your GTEK account or call our support line. Most claims are diagnosed and dispatched within 1 business day.

Can I cancel for a refund?

Yes. Plans are fully refundable within 30 days of purchase, provided no claims have been filed. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
